A highly regarded boutique law firm in Tampa is seeking a commercial or construction litigation associate with 3-6 years of sophisticated experience. Candidates must have prior law firm experience handling construction, real estate, and/or commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. The successful candidate will have experience with motions, discovery, legal research and writing.
